Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Serves 5 people
Ingredients
- 1 pkg skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can drained black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2-1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1-2 cups frozen corn (thawed)
Directions

Rub chicken thighs with taco seasoning and place in crock pot. Pour beans and salsa over. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Add corn, cheese, sour cream and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with lime/cilantro and serve over rice.
