Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tea white pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 4 scallions chopped including green ends
- 2 cups diced cooked pork, ham, chicken or shrimp
- 1 slice ginger minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms opt
- 1/4 cup oil
Directions

put first four ingredients in bowl and stir

eggs shouldn’t be well beaten

heat pan and add oil

brown garlic and ginger slightly

add rice
-
cook for 2-3 minutes break up lumps and coat with oil.

add everything else except eggs

fry til mixed

add egg while mixing so it will cover all

cook 2 min
