Creamy macaroni and cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups milk divided
  • 2 table flour
  • 2-3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tea salt
  • 1/4 tea powdered mustard
  • pinch of paprika
  • 1/2 cup parm cheese
  • can add extras if you want

Directions

  1. cook pasta and set aside

  2. warm 1 cup of milk

  3. place remaining 1/2 cup milk and flour in bowl and whisk

  4. when you see steam add the milk flour mix

  5. whisk til thick

  6. turn heat on low and mix cheese into the milk

  7. add salt and mustard

  8. add extras

  9. mix in pasta

  10. add parm cheese on top to serve
