Ingredients
- 1.5 pound chicken thighs
- 15 oz canned pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes (drained)
- 14.5 oz can rotel original
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup or more frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Blue cheese crumbles
Directions

Add all ingredients except for the cream cheese and blue cheese to the crock pot on low or high for 8 or 4 hours. Turn the crock pot on low and stir in the cream cheese. Serve with blue cheese crumbles as a garnish
