Blackberry Lemonade II

Ingredients

  • 2 pints fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups cold water

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the blackberries and sugar until smooth.

  2. Strain the puree into a 1 ½ quart pitcher, pressing on the solids to get all the juice.

  3. Stir in the lemon juice and water until blended.

  4. Chill until cold; serve in ice-filled glasses.
