SKillet Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. frozen meatballs
  • Marinara sauce
  • No-boil lasagna sheets
  • Ricotta
  • Shredded mozzarella and Parmesan

Directions

  1. Spread a layer of marinara in a large skillet. Top with a layer of lasagna sheets. Top with another layer of sauce and halved meatballs; dot with ricotta and top with another layer of pasta, sauce and ricotta. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer until the noodles are soft, about 20 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
