Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 can condensed c of mjushroom soup
- 1/4 c water
- paprika
Directions

eheat oven to 350.In alrge skillet over med heat, saute onionin oil until browned. Set aside. In same skillet, saute ground beef until browned. Place layer of potatoes in 9/13 lightly greased bakeing dish. Sprin kle with salt and pepper then spread layer of ground beef, folllowed by layer of nions. Repeat layers ending with potatoes. In med bowl, mix water and soup and pour over layers. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and bake in oven 1 hour.
