Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 tea italian seasoning divided
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 tea salt
- 2 cups shredded mozz divided
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- additional salt and pepper to taste
Directions

butterfly chicken breast and place into lightly greased baking dish

in a small mixing bowl stir ricotta cheese, egg, 2 tea seasoning, garlic, salt and 1 cup mozz cheese

spoon 1/4 cup of sauce onto one half of each chicken.

spread riccota mix on top of sauce and fold chicken over to close

drizzle remaining sauce over chicken and top with remaining mozz and sprinkle with rest of italian seasoning and salt and pepper

bake 400 for 25-30 min til chicken is cooked
