Ingredients

  • crust:
  • 1 cup warm water 105 F
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 table oil
  • 3/4 cake flour
  • 1 tea salt
  • 1/4 tea active dry yeast
  • 1 21 oz can pie filling for middle
  • Crumb topping:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tea cinnamon
  • Vanilla glaze:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 table milk
  • 1 table melted butter
  • 1 tea vanilla

Directions

  1. mix yeast and warm water and let proof 3 min.

  2. add the mix to the other ingredients in a large bowl and knead for 10 min

  3. cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 12 hours

  4. preheat oven to 400

  5. roll dough on floured surface until it is 16 inch for your pizza pan.

  6. form the edge.

  7. brush with oil and prick with fork. pre-bake for 3 min.

  8. remove and spread with pie filling.

  9. mix crumb topping with a fork or pastry blender

  10. spoon over pie filling

  11. return pizza to the oven and bake for 10-15 min or til crust is light golden brown.

  12. remove and drizzle glaze
