Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 6 cups popcorn
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped peppermint candies
- Pinch of kosher salt

Microwave white chocolate chips with shortening in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Repeat in a separate bowl with semisweet chocolate chips and shortening. Spread popcorn on a baking sheet and drizzle with both chocolate mixtures. Sprinkle with peppermint candies and kosher salt. Let harden, about 1 hour, then break into pieces.
