Ingredients
- 16 large cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 hot Italian sausage links, casings removed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Marinara sauce
- Shredded mozzarella
- Grated Parmesan
- Dried oregano
Directions

Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Toss the caps with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix sausage with breadcrumbs; spoon into the mushrooms and arrange on a baking sheet. Dot with marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake at 425 until golden and cooked through, about 20 minutes. Top with Parmesan and oregano.
