Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. malt vinegar
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. more malt vinegar
- Flaky sea salt
Directions

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Roast cut-side down on a preheated baking sheet at 450 until browned and tender, 25-30 minutes. Toss with more malt vinegar and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
