Salt and Vinegar Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. malt vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. more malt vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Roast cut-side down on a preheated baking sheet at 450 until browned and tender, 25-30 minutes. Toss with more malt vinegar and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
