Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 5 oz. jar sharp American cheese spread
- 5 oz. jar pimiento cheese spread
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Dash garlic salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- Assorted crackers
Directions

In a large bowl, beat the first 8 ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate until easy to handle, about 45 minutes.

Shape into 2 balls; roll in parsley and pecans. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving with crackers.
