Party Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 5 oz. jar sharp American cheese spread
  • 5 oz. jar pimiento cheese spread
  • 3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • Dash garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the first 8 ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate until easy to handle, about 45 minutes.

  2. Shape into 2 balls; roll in parsley and pecans. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving with crackers.
