Ingredients
- 2 qts tomato puree
- 1 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tea whole allspice
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 tea whole cloves
- 1 1/2 tea paprika
- 1 tea onion powder
- 1 tea dry mustard
- 1 tea salt
- 1/4 tea cayenne pepper
Directions

mix puree, vinegar, sugar in sauce pot

tie whole spice in a cheesecloth bag

add to mix
-
add remaining ingredient and cook slowly til as thick as you want

45-60 min

stir frequently to prevent sticking

remove spice bag
-
pour hot mix into hot jars leave 1/4 inch head space

adjust caps
-
process 15 min in boiling water bath
