Ingredients
- 7 oz. container plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups carrots ribbons
- 1 cup celery ribbons

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, parsley, salt, dill, garlic powder, and pepper. Gently stir in cabbage, carrot, and celery until coated. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
