Carrot and Celery Slaw

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. container plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups carrots ribbons
  • 1 cup celery ribbons

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, parsley, salt, dill, garlic powder, and pepper. Gently stir in cabbage, carrot, and celery until coated. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
