GAPS Crispy Nuts

Ingredients

  • pecans
  • almonds
  • walnuts

Directions

  1. Place nuts in salted filtered water and allow to soak for 24 hrs. Drain, rinse and place in dehydrator for 8 plus hrs to crisp up.

  2. Test crispness and add more time if needed. Store in glass container.
