Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Put in a 9×13-inch baking pan and roast 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Toss with vinegar. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then continue roasting until melted, abut 1 minute more. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
