Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Crushed red pepper
Directions

Heat oven to 400. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Put in a 9×13-inch baking pan and roast 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Toss with vinegar. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then continue roasting until melted, abut 1 minute more. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
