Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3/4 cup carrot, shredded
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Directions

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrot and green onions. Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook a minute more. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, sugar and cayenne; pour into skillet. Add spaghetti and toss to coat. Cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
