Asian Noodle Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3/4 cup carrot, shredded
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrot and green onions. Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook a minute more. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, sugar and cayenne; pour into skillet. Add spaghetti and toss to coat. Cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
