Chimichurri Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
  • Grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Blend together parsley, olive oil, basil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, salt and red pepper in a blender until just chopped and a few leaves are still visible. Pour over spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan.
