Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped banana
- 2/3 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream
Directions

Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Make a well in center of flour mixture. Add egg mixture and stir to combine. Do not overmix (batter should be slightly lumpy). Gently fold in bananas, chocolate chips and pecans.

Coat a large skillet or griddle with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Working in batches, add 2-tbsp. portions of batter to skillet and cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook until bottoms are browned, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more. Repeat with remaining batter. Top with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
