Great Northern Beans+Italian Seasoning+Ground beef+Marinara Sauce+Grated Parmesan
Cannellini beans+Thai seasoning+Ground Pork+Peanut sauce+chopped peanuts+Crushed red pepper
Chickpeas+Greek seasoning+Ground turkey+Tzatiki sauce+Fresh dill
Black beans+Fajita seasoning+Ground Beef+Salsa verde+Green onion

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt-free seasoning (such as Mrs. Dash)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1 /4 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • Desired sauce and garnish, for serving

Directions

  1. Pulse beans, garlic, egg white, water, salt-free seasoning, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Mix together bean mixture, ground meat, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Do not overmix. Shape into 1-inch balls and put on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake in a 400 oven 12-14 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with desired sauce and garnish.
