- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 6 tbsp. sauce

For sauces that don’t have sugar (like Buffalo), use 3 tbsp. sauce to marinate your wings for up to 24 hours before baking. Toss with the other 3 tbsp. once cooked.

Position racks in lower and upper thirds of oven and preheat to 500. Place a wire rack on each of 2 large baking sheets and coat with cooking spray. Divide chicken wings between the prepared racks. Bake, switching the pans and rotating them from front to back halfway through, until the skin is golden and crispy, 40-50 minutes. Toss the wings with sauce. to coat.
