garlic parmesan knots

Ingredients

  • mozzarella dough
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tea baking powder
  • 1/2 tea garlic powder
  • 1/4 tea garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 6 oz
  • 5 table butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • Garlic Parmesan butter
  • 3 table butter melted
  • 2 table grated parmesan
  • 2 tea minced garlic
  • 3/4 tea salt
  • 1/2 tea parsley

Directions

  1. Dough:

  2. preheat 350

  3. in bowl mix flours, powders, and salt

  4. in a saucepan melt cheese over low heat til melted

  5. add butter, egg and stir to mix.

  6. add flour mix til dough comes together. keep heat on low

  7. turn out on a parchment line surface and kneed til uniform

  8. divide dough into 16 portions and roll each into a log and tie gently into a knot

  9. garlic parmesan butter

  10. in a bowl whisk together everything and brush half of the butter over knots before baking

  11. bake 15-20 min til firm to touch.
