Amish chicken casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles cooked
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 tea salt
  • 1/2 tea pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. melt butter and add flour and stir til smooth

  2. gradually add milk and broth

  3. add seasonings and mushrooms

  4. mix in chicken, noodles and prepared sauce

  5. put in ungreased 9×13×2 inch pan and top with parmesan cheese
