Savory Herb and Vanilla Bean Butter

Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temp
- 2 tbsp. each chopped fresh marjoram, rosemary and savory leaves
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions

In a food processor, pulse the butter and herbs. Scrape in the seeds from the vanilla bean. Add the kosher salt and pepper and pulse just until blended, about 20 pulses. Spoon a few tablespoonfuls onto the sliced steak.
