Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp Scotch bonnet hot sauce
Directions

Bring pineapple preserves, vinegar, water, barbecue sauce, molasses, jerk seasoning, soy sauce, ginger, and hot sauce to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Toss with the wings.
