Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Fresno chile, finely chopped
- Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Lime wedges
Directions

Saute garlic and Fresno chile in vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, 1 to 2 minutes. Add Thai chili sauce, water, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili-garlic sauce. Simmer until thickened, 8-10 minutes. Toss with the wings, along with peanuts and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
