Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 10 dried arbol chiles
- 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. water
- Sliced scallions
Directions

Whisk rice vinegar and water with soy sauce, sugars, ketchup, and sesame oil; set aside. Saute chiles, ginger and garlic in vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, 1-2 minutes. Add the vinegar mixture and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Simmer until thickened, 20-30 seconds. Toss with the wings. Top with the sliced scallions.
