Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- A few tbsp. chopped fresh basil and parsley
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 to 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 lb. mozzarella pearls
Directions

Stir together olive oil, basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Add mozzarella pearls. Chill at least 4 hours or up to 3 days. Enjoy them on salad, skewered with cherry tomatoes, or over pasta.
