Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- Garlic salt, to taste
- 12 whole chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup hot Buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- Carrot sticks and celery sticks
Directions

For dip stir together mayo, sour cream, blue cheese, green onions, parsley and garlic salt in a bowl. Chill, covered, until ready to serve.

Preheat an air fryer to 360. Preheat oven to 200. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut off chicken wing tips; discard. Cut wings at joint to make 24 pieces.

Put wings in a large bowl and toss to coat with oil, then sprinkle with salt. Put half of wings in fryer basket; cook 25 minutes. Flip wings; cook 5 minutes more. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and keep warm in oven. Repeat with remaining wings.

Stir together hot sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne in a saucepan over medium heat until butter melts. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.

Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss with hot sauce mixture to coat. Serve with dip and vegetables.
