Steakhouse Soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. beef broth
  • 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 16 oz. frozen vegetables of your choice, thawed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup steak sauce
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook, covered, on LOW until steak and potatoes are tender, 8-10 hours.
