That’s Amore Bake Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes
  • Ground beef
  • Green pepper
  • Shredded carrot
  • Onion
  • Minced garlic
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Chopped pepperoni
  • Splash of red wine
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Scrub the spuds. Pierce them several times with a fork. Bake until tender, 50-75 minutes. Cut an “X” in each potato. Fluff the pulp with a fork.

  2. Cook up ground beef with green pepper, carrot, onion and garlic; drain. Mix in spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, red wine, oregano and salt. Spoon mixture over potato. Sprinkle with cheese.
