Steakhouse Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes
  • Steak slices
  • Fresh arugula
  • Blue cheese salad dressing
  • Dollop of sour cream
  • Crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Scrub the spuds. Pierce them several times with a fork. Bake until tender, 50-75 minutes. Cut an “X” in each potato. Fluff the pulp with a fork.

  2. Stack up steak slices and arugula. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing, sour cream and sprinkle with blue cheese.
