Ingredients
- Russet potatoes
- Cooked hot dogs
- Chili
- Shredded cheddar
- Chopped onion
- Crushed Fritos

Preheat the oven to 400. Scrub the spuds. Pierce them several times with a fork. Bake until tender, 50-75 minutes. Cut an “X” in each potato. Fluff the pulp with a fork.

Top each potato with a hot dog, chili and cheddar. Bake 3-5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with onion and Fritos.
