Chili Dog Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes
  • Cooked hot dogs
  • Chili
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Chopped onion
  • Crushed Fritos

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Scrub the spuds. Pierce them several times with a fork. Bake until tender, 50-75 minutes. Cut an “X” in each potato. Fluff the pulp with a fork.

  2. Top each potato with a hot dog, chili and cheddar. Bake 3-5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with onion and Fritos.
