Parmesan and Garlic Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. russet potato
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. If preheating is recommended by your air fryer manual, preheat fryer to 350.

  2. Using a mandolin, cut potato into 1/8-inch thick slices. In a large bowl, combine potato slices and water to cover.

  3. In a small bowl, stir together cheese and all remaining ingredients.

  4. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  5. Drain potato slices and dry well with paper towels. Working in batches, place potato slices in a single layer in prepared basket. Spray with cooking spray; lightly sprinkle with cheese mixture.

  6. Set air fryer temp to 350. Cook until evenly browned, 12-14 minutes. Repeat with remaining potato slices and remaining cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
