Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 1/2 cups diced yellow onion
- 10.5 oz. can French onion soup
- 8 oz. package sliced fresh baby Portobello mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 (20 oz.) packages refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley

eheat oven to 400.

In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, cook ground chuck and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly, 6-7 minutes. Drain well.

Stir soup, mushrooms, 1 tbsp. parsley, and Worcestershire into beef mixture; cook over medium heat until liquid begins to thicken, about 10 minutes.

Heat mashed potatoes as directed, stirring 1/4 cup milk into each package. Spread potatoes onto beef mixture.

Bake until potatoes are lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
