BLT Pizza

Ingredients

  • 11 oz. packaged refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
  • 8 oz. packaged shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 5 medium Campari tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough onto prepared pan.

  2. Bake until dough begins to brown, 8-10 minutes.

  3. In a large bowl, stir together cheese, mayo, and seasoned salt. Spread onto crust. Top with tomatoes and bacon.

  4. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, about 8 minutes.

  5. In a medium bowl, toss together arugula, oil, lemon juice and pepper. Sprinkle on pizza just before serving.
