Ingredients
- Half a 28-oz. bag frozen crinkle-cut fries
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

Toss fries with olive oil, salt, pepper and dried dill. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425 until crisp, 30 minutes. Meanwhile, toss red onion with vinegar and mustard in a large bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Whisk in olive oil. Add the warm fries and dill and parsley; toss.
