Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Pinch of salt
- Burrata
- Flaky sea salt
- Grilled Garlic Bread (see recipe)
Directions

Cut broccoli rabe (including the leaves) into 1 to 2-inch pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden, 2 minutes. Add the broccoli rabe, red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt. Cover and cook, tossing occasionally, until tender, 8 to 12 minutes.

Serve the broccoli rabe with burrata, flaky sea salt and grilled garlic bread.
