Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 dried chiles de arbol
  • 1 1/4 lbs. large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Salt
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chiles and shrimp; season with salt. Cook until the shrimp are pink, about 2 minutes per side. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.

  2. Carefully add dry sherry and lemon juice and cook 30 seconds; season with salt.

  3. Top with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
