Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 baguette
- Thinly sliced serrano ham
Directions

Puree tomatoes in a blender with olive oil, garlic, vinegar and kosher salt.

Cut baguette in half lengthwise and crosswise to make 4 pieces; broil until toasted.

Spread the tomato mixture on the bread, then cut into smaller pieces. Top with serrano ham.
