Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots (cut into 3-inch sticks)
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp harissa
- Salt
Directions

Toss carrots and cauliflower with olive oil on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Broil until tender and charred, 13-15 minutes.

Saute garlic in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, 1 minute. Stir in ground coriander and cumin.

Remove from the heat and stir in lemon juice and harissa; toss with the vegetables. Season with salt.
