Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 4 Persian cucumbers (quartered lengthwise)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt
Directions

Mix vinegar, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil in a shallow dish. Add cucumbers and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Toss well and refrigerate 30 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with salt.
