Ingredients
- 3 1/2-4 lb bone in thighs and drumsticks
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 head garlic peeled and smashed
- 1 tea whole black peppercorns
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 table brown sugar
- steamed white rice
- 2 scallions thinly sliced
Directions

combine chicken, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, peppercons, bay leaves and brown sugar in slow cooker.
- cover and cook low 4-6 hours. til chicken is done.
- remove chicken and strain sauce

return chicken to sauce

serve over rice

garnish with scallions
