Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1 plum tomato, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, torn
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions

Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl and mash with a wooden spoon. Stir in the garlic, jalapeno, tomato, lime juice, onion and salt.

Stir in the cilantro just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
