Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 to 3 jalapenos, Fresnos, and/or serrano peppers, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch cilantro, leaves and tender stems finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions

Add the chopped pineapple to a food processor. Pulse until almost smooth.

Pour the pineapple into a large bowl and stir in the chile peppers, cilantro, red onion, lime juice and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
