Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 to 3 jalapenos, Fresnos, and/or serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 small bunch cilantro, leaves and tender stems finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Add the chopped pineapple to a food processor. Pulse until almost smooth.

  2. Pour the pineapple into a large bowl and stir in the chile peppers, cilantro, red onion, lime juice and salt. Serve with tortilla chips.
