Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Sriracha
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions

Place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven; preheat to 450.

Toss Brussels sprouts, oil and salt in a medium bowl. Spread on the hot baking sheet. Roast until browned and tender, 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk honey, Sriracha and lime juice in the bowl.

Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with the honey mixture and stir to coat; continue roasting for 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds,
