Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 4 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha, or more to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine the mayo, garlic, Parm, lemon juice, Sriracha, Dijon, Worcestershire, salt and pepper and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks or so. Put it on anything.
