Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch-thick rounds
- 2 tbsp. oliv eoil
- 1 tsp ras el hanout
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
Directions

Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and ras el hanout on a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Roast at 400, 30 minutes. Smash the potatoes, then roast at 475 until crisp, 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with yogurt mixed with lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper.
