Ingredients
- 4 Tbl. sesame oil
- 1 C peanut butter
- 1 1/2 C boiling water
- 6 T vinegar
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 med. cloves garlic
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 4 scallions
- 1 med. cucumber
- 1 lb. pasta (linguine/rottini)
Directions

mix together oil, peanut butter, water, vinegar, salt, garlic, soy sauce, and crushed pepper

pour over pasta and chill

add chopped vegetables immediately before serving
